400cc Bajaj Engine Under Development, New 400cc Bike Launch In 2018

A recent report in the automotive industry claims that Bajaj Auto is currently working on a new400cc Bajaj Engine (DOHC) that will use triple spark technology, in house developed ECU and different gearing. The new motorcycle is expected to bring almost 40 HP of maximum power.

Bajaj Auto has announced the launch of two new products for January 2018, one of which is expected to be the new Avenger. As they also cleared the air of a bigger Pulsar coming next month, the launch is expected to bring big numbers to the company lineup.

Google has released the list of the most trending four-wheelers and two-wheelers in 2017 and the list has some surprising names.

As the year draws to a close, it’s time to reflect on the months that flew by. 2017 saw a whole lot of action from the automotive space, with launches ranging from a humble utilitarian scooter like the Honda Cliq, to a racetrack-ready supercar like the Lamborghini Huracan Performante. Of course, the interwebs were abuzz with scoops, discussions and a whole lotta gyaan.

Google has released their list of the top trending cars and bikes of the year. And the results are, let’s say, interesting. There are some surprises, and we raised quite a few eyebrows ourselves. Let’s kick things off with the four-wheeled section.

Topping the trend charts is Maruti’s oh-so-lovable Swift. Interestingly, the hatchback is at the end of its life cycle. The anticipation for the new Swift that debuts next year has definitely fuelled the hatchback’s search volumes. Runners up inclu…
