FIRST AID FOR HEART ATTACK ....


  • Heart attack, the common name for myocardial infarction, when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted .
  • An inaccurate reference to cardiac arrest or sudden cardiac death .


Symptoms for heart attack:

Someone having a heart attack may experience any or all of the following:
  • Uncomfortable pressure, fullness or squeezing pain in the center of the chest
  • Discomfort or pain spreading beyond the chest to the shoulders, neck, jaw, teeth, or one or both arms, or occasionally upper abdomen
  • Shortness of breath
  • Lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting
  • Sweating
  • Nausea

First aid to do for heart attack:


*Chew and swallow an aspirin

*Take nitroglycerin

*Begin CPR( cardio pulmunary resticiation)if the person is unconscious

*If an automated external defibrillator (AED) is available

*call 108 immediately .
