BMW AND TVS PROJECT 2016:
BMW is successful company in manufacturing motorcycles and cars .


Now their company had planned to launch a street motorcycle .This street motorcycle is being developed by German auto giants and TVS motorcycles . 

They named the motorcycle as "BMW G310R". This was recently spotted on auto expo 2016.But now it comes with minor cosmetic changes.They planned to launch on 2017.BMW G310R is fair version of TVS Akula 310 .



WHAT MAKES BMW G310R SO SPECIAL?

  • Logo-Though BMW G310R is collaboration of TVS and BMW . Bike will be with Bmw logo

  • Price- we know  that BMW  motorcycles are costlier , but they were planned to sell for low price below 3 lakhs  with full features.

  • Top speed and mileage -BMW G310R features top speed of 145 kmph  and with efficient mileage of 30kmpl , which gives tough competition for KTM 390 duke . Also this has 11 liters of fuel tank capacity.This is expected as high efficient fuel bike in India.


  • Engine and gearbox -BMW G310R is 313cc,liquid cooled , single cylinder engine with advanced features.This can able to produce  33.6 Bhp and  28Nm. Engine powered by 6 speed gearbox which makes the bike even impressive.

  • Braking and suspension- BMW G310R features anti-locking braking system as standard braking system.It powered by 41mm upside down front suspension and mono shock rear suspension.It 5 spokes alloy wheel.

Bike weights 158.5 kg . Also it has better ground clearance. It is available in three variant.                                        
They planned for sale on this year but due to production time .They will release it on 2017 . 

Thus the BMW and TVS project.
