Royal Enfield recently launched two of its most popular models with a rear disc brake in India. Classic 350 Gunmetal Grey Edition was launched for INR 1,59,700 (on-road Chennai) while Classic 500 Stealth Black Edition costs INR 2,05,200 (on-road Chennai).
Classic 350 Gunmetal Grey comes with Matte Grey as its base shade, clearly flaunting attitude with its Dark Tan seat whereas Classic 500 Stealth Black is completely wrapped in Matte Black, covering even the minor details like headlight ring, suspension cap and side boxes.
Both the bikes are now equipped with Thunderbird sourced rear swing arm and 240mm disc brake. Royal Enfield has officially confirmed the news through its press release and will start accepting bookings for the dual disc models from September 18,2017.
This comes as one more positive move, hinting ABS as the next big thing to arrive in India. Royal Enfield can also introduce the same component change in Bullet 500 in the coming months.
