DO INK CONDUCT ELECTRICITY ...!

WHAT IS INK?

Ink is said to be liquid or  paste that contains pigments or dyes their main purpose is to color the surface. But we all have doubt that

"whether Ink can conduct electricity?"

Yes there is special ink that can conduct electricity, which are used for various process . They named that as "conductive Ink".

WHAT IS THE CONDUCTIVE INK ?

conductive ink is an ink which results in printed object to conduct electricity.

These inks classed as fired high thick solids or PTF (POLYMER THICK FILMS).These ink usually contains powdered silver and carbon material. Hence polymeric conduction is known.

This allows circuit to draw  or printed on variety of substrates materials like polyester and paper.

These ink are more economical now a days ,to lay down "conductive traces" comparing to traditional method of itching copper from copper plated substrates.

USES:

  • silver ink is used in various field ,it is used in "RDFI" in transit tickets.
  • It is used in repairing circuits on printed boards.
  • They are used in windshield defroster.
  • It is used on newer cars which provides as radio antenna.

Thus the conductive ink.may be in future is may plays a huge role in invention.

MONO SHOCK SUSPENSION AND DUAL SHOCK SUSPENSION..

Suspension system in bike:         Suspension system in bike is used to suspend the rider and motorcycle to insulate from the obstacles facing during their ride. In bikes we use two types of suspension system for riding with comfort. MONO SHOCK SUSPENSION DUAL SHOCK SUSPENSION MONO SHOCK SUSPENSION: Mono shock rear suspension is invented in 80's. It has more advantage when compared to dual shock rear suspension system. It is mainly used as linkage connection between the swing arm to provide effective breaking and handling. Also dual shock suspension cannot be used for distance travel .Mono shock suspension requires less maintenance when compared to dual shock suspension. ADVANTAGE OF MONO SHOCK SUSPENSION: Better handling and ridability. Easy to tune and adjust. Eliminate torque to swing arm. Better concerning and highway stability. Allows higher suspension. DISADVANTAGE OF MONO SHOCK SUSPENSION: Cost of ownership and high maintanence
